Personal Data: Training Form and Organisation

This website collects personal data in training page web of frogs.toulouse.inrae.fr/training.php.

• It collects: Name, First Name, Phone Number, Email and message.
• Processed electronically by the relevant controller and the website publisher, as specified in the legal notice.
• No profiling or identification based on data.
• Used only to contact users and organise training sessions.
• Legal basis: provide a service of general interest.
• Data storage periods: kept until the end of the FROGS project or on user request. Administrative data kept 10 years.
• Third party processors: none.

Recipients, Access and Data Protection Officer

The recipients of the personal data are authorised personnel working in the controller's services, partners/supervisory bodies and providers in charge of managing and monitoring users.

You have the right of access, rectification, objection, restriction of processing, and erasure for your data in accordance with GDPR (effective since 25 May 2018).
